Springville House

Details

Springville House is an office retrofit development in Blackrock, Cork City, which involved the conversion of a vacant office block, built in the 1970s, into a 35-home residential building. This development consists of four one-bedroom single storey houses, 13 two-bedroom apartments and 18 one-bedroom apartments. The development comprises the change of use from a former multi-storey office, and works included partial demolitions and construction of a third floor on part of the existing office building.
