Established in 2014, ANA has helped clients in both the public and private sectors to achieve success. Our team has experience across all aspects of the industry and we have a strong family tradition of working in construction.

KEY STAFF

Aidan Nolan

Director

Aidan is a Director and founder of the business. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 21 years’ experience, he holds a post-graduate diploma in Project Management from Trinity College and an advanced diploma in Public Procurement Law from Kings Inns.

Construction runs deep, having been brought up in a family Construction Business and moving on to work in a leading Irish Practice for a number of years, that wealth of experience has allowed Aidan to become a trusted advisor to many public and private Clients.

Outside of work, Aidan is kept busy with a young family and loves his sport, GAA in particular.

Michael Bolger

Director

Michael is a Director and Quantity Surveyor with over 12 years’ experience. He holds both a First Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics from Bolton Street DIT and a BSc Hons Degree in F&E Management from SETU Carlow.

Michael has gained a wide range of experience in Public and Private Sector projects, both in New Zealand and in Ireland, with a particular specialism is Procurement of Public Sector projects, including Education and Housing projects.

Trust, knowledge and Collaboration are the bedrock of Michael’s approach to dealing with our Clients and Design Teams, this has been fundamental to our growth at ANA since he joined from its inception back in 2014.

Michael is a GAA enthusiast, and currently is Secretary of his beloved Palatine GAA Club.

Tomás Walsh

Cost Manager

Tomás attended SETU Carlow and has gained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying.

With 5 years’ experience working in the industry and another Consultancy firm, Tomás uses this experience and his detailed approach to Procurement and Cost Management of projects.

Tomás is a keen runner, golfer and all round sports fan. He has a great interest in Photography and is known to be spotted at weekends at any local sports event taking action photos for his Instagram account!

Amy Lawlor

Cost Manager

Amy is a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor, having gained her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying from SETU Carlow.

Amy has gained valuable experience on a number of Public Sector and residential projects, and brings a focussed and organised approach to delivering cost management services to our Clients.

Amy is a taxi driver for her two kids in her spare time and enjoys baking, art and the occasional night out!

Bridget McArdle

Office Manager

Bridget is the Office Manager and Administrator. With many years of experience working in the Construction Industry as an Office Manager, Bridget runs the show in the background, looking after accounts and all the everyday office procedures.

Bridget is a keen sports fan, loves outdoor activities, travelling abroad and the occasional spa days away with her friends.

Edward Nolan

Project Manager

Edward is an experienced Construction Manager, having managed his own successful Construction Company for over 35 years, and gained a reputation for his in depth knowledge of building and focus on constructability and value for his Clients.

Edward has taken a back seat approach of recent years within the business, but is still a fountain of knowledge and key support to our day to day workings.

Eddie is enjoying more time to travel in recent years and enjoys his daily walk and any GAA match he can attend!
